Sean came to us after a successful career in corporate sales and management. His last role in that industry was as National Training Manager of Belkin.
Sean has had many years of presenting experience and would be best described as very entertaining, but firm where he needs to be.

Karen Hofman came to us after successfully completing her Masters in Adult Education and years of working with Virgin Australia training their pilots. She also has a lot of experience in training other trainers.
Karen would be best described as accomplished and caring, but also knows where to draw the line where it counts and instil accountability. She has a keen sense of humour and has a passionate interest in the way people think, behave and interact.
Her continued desire for learning is evident in the fact that she is currently also studying for her PhD.

Regan Veivers-Dodds

Regan came to Discoveries from a successful career in Education; including Primary teaching, tutoring at Griffith University and Curriculum Support.
Regan is an experienced professional when it comes to developing and delivering creative course content that both engages and instils independence. She has a particular skill in recognising the talents of others and assisting them to reach their potential.
Regan is well loved and much respected by participants when facilitating programs. She manages to get participants on board quickly and has the ability to gently but firmly help them move in the right direction.
She has a number of roles within our company, including SUCCEED@Life facilitator, Instructional Design for our up-coming E-Learn, and Tender Writing.
