SUCCEED@LIFE
Over the past 20 years, Discoveries has been delivering programs to a large number of companies, organisations and government departments. 15 years ago Discoveries designed a number of programs for the Job Network Services (Unemployment) Sector.
The SUCCEED@Life program is now our most successful ‘pre-employment’ program which is delivered to the participants who are ‘not yet employed’. It is incredibly well received by attendees and has a great success rate in regards to achieving outcomes.
The underlying psychological principles target current issues such as; fostering self-assessment and self-regulatory skills, tolerance and understanding of others differences, understanding how to create positive relationships, enhanced motivation and self-control, establishing realistic goals and creating systems for achieving them. The SUCCEED@Life program aims to provide clients with the skills to live a more productive, fulfilling and rewarding life.
