After initial discussions I realised that ‘Discoveries’ was exactly what I was looking for to provide personal and professional development to the Team of Bank Managers for Westpac Southern Queensland.

The program has worked amazingly well. The team had the opportunity to firstly learn a lot more about themselves, their colleagues, their staff and most importantly the special people in their lives. With this knowledge in place we then worked through their fantastic and very simple tools and techniques to maximise relationships in the workplace and enhance performance. The Team has grown personally and are now working together with a new level of efficiency and effectiveness.
