As stated in the ‘Purpose’ outline, most organisations are now required to provide more outcomes, in less time, with less resources. High stress levels amongst staff is common and effective Stress Management Techniques are of real benefit.
This section provides participants with a thorough understanding of what stress is and what it isn’t, and how best to manage stress. It also includes our very popular “FEEL GREAT” list. This is a list of 9 ‘mini’ topics designed to assist people with managing stress. The more of the topics participants can implement in their lives, the better they will manage stress. Queensland Health have completed research on our stress management sessions and found that participants had reduced stress levels even six months after the sessions. Which means our stress seminars not only result in a statistical significant improvement in participants’ stress levels, they are also FUN!
