The ability to bounce back after setbacks is one of the key skills that all successful people / teams have in common. We all suffer setbacks; whether we had to deal with conflict or suffered an emotional setback, were faced with an irate customer or ‘lost a sale’. If a setback takes teams members out of action for longer than desirable, the whole teams loses. Our success in achieving outcomes is directly related to our ability to ‘get back on the horse’ and ‘bounce back’ quickly. This session provides quite in-depth psychological material without any of the Psycho-Babble. Participants at the end will understand what causes people to struggle with setbacks and then what they can best do to avoid suffering such a large setback and how to recover quickly.
