As a result we have developed our own unique Team Questionnaire that measures your team on the FIVE areas that high performing teams score well on.

The Team Questionnaire gives you the ability to gain a baseline score on how your team/organisation is functioning.

Where required, it allows us to then tailor make the programs to suit the specific needs of your company. More importantly, we can demonstrate the progress of your team/organisation very clearly over time.

This is a great way to clearly show the improvements in your teams and demonstrate a positive return on your investment (ROI).

The diagram below show some 'average' scores on the 40 questions covering the 5 areas above. The shift from Red through Amber to Green after each program is what we are looking for.

When you engage our services, you will clearly see how the changes in scores are a reflection of the actual changes in behaviours, attitudes and performance in your workplace.
