Andrew Van Der Reest

Andrew is a popular and sought-after speaker for organisations and conferences across Australia, specialising in organisational performance.

He combines years of professional and industry knowledge with a generous dose of humour to deliver thought-provoking and change-inspiring presentations and workshops.

A registered psychologist for 24 years (1997-2021), with enormous experience in coaching and counselling, Andrew knows how to motivate people to fundamentally change how they think, behave and understand, both themselves, and others.

He is the author of the book series Relationships Made Simple which explains how to achieve better and healthier relationships at home and work.

Andrew's main role now is to ensure Discoveries programs are meeting the needs of companies and staying up to date with the latest learning trends and psychological developments.

Sean Wilson

Sean came to us after a successful career in corporate sales and management. His last role in that industry was as National Training Manager of Belkin.

Sean has had many years of presenting experience and would be best described as very entertaining, but firm where he needs to be.

He easily gains the trust and respect of audiences and has the ability to relate to almost any group. He is incredibly passionate about our material and loves to see positive changes manifest in companies as a result of the training sessions.
